Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon E.S.T will not begin processing until the next business day.

UPS Next Day Air® - UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select shipments will go out the following business day.

UPS Ground take 1 to 3 business days from the order date to process.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to weather conditions or flight delays that are out of our control.

UPS does not deliver to any post office boxes(PO Box) or APO/AE address

All shipments require the recipient's signature.

Customs And Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Jordan Taylor Beachwear does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Refunds and exchanges will be issued according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

How to Return/Exchange

If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available.

Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, an additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.

If you wish to speak with a representative, please call Customer Service Monday thru Friday (9AM-5PM ET) at 212-921-2690 within 30 days from the purchase date.

Pack the merchandise securely, with all tags, in the original package if possible. Include a copy of the original invoice.

To ensure proper processing of returns, all return cartons MUST BE MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE ORDER#.

All packages must be prepaid and insured to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted. Preferably send packages via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for failed deliveries in our warehouse from USPS.

All exchanges will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested (additional fees will apply).

All Exchanges are subject to a $9.95 shipping and handling fee for ground shipping charged to the original credit card. Express shipping will be additional depending on your location.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clearance sale are final. No refunds. We will exchange the size or style only if the replacement merchandise is in stock. There are no chash refund. If a clearance items are returned for refund, they will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $9.95 charged to the original credit card.

PLEASE NOTE:

ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE, OTHERWISE A STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT WITH BE ISSUED (Gift Certificate).

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE WILL BE REFUND IN THE FORM OF A MERCHANDISE CREDIT REDEEMABLE WITH YOUR NEXT PURCHASE.

Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until we receive it. Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured service while mailing returned products.

"Returns process" take up to 30 business days from the date of our receipt. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. Tags and liners MUST be attached. Note: Items returned/exchanged will be inspected. If the items fail inspection, they will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

While trying on our beachware, do not remove tags! Removal of the tags will void any chance of getting credit for a return.

Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed (exchange total less than the return total). Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment to the original billed person.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For exchanges, your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.
